One could definitely raise a question there in its own right, but I don't think that question comes from charging for miracles. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you're asking.
Would gifts to the kohanim and levi’im (e.g. Terumah and Ma’aser) not fall prey to this consequence of attributing the Mikdash to them?
