Three Years of Gratitude, Even for Insomnia!

Today's episode is about another "gratitude milestone"! And if you haven't seen/heard the three episodes of The Stoic Jew Summer Shiur, be sure to check them out on YouTube and the TSJ podcast!

The Stoic Jew Podcast content  from the beginning of May until Shavuos has been made possible by Dan Horowitz, who has graciously taken up my experimental request for an "accountability sponsorship" in hopes that this will result in more Stoic Jew content.

Title: Three Years of Gratitude, Even for Insomnia!

Season 15 Episode 4
Length: 15 minutes 31 seconds
Synopsis: I can't believe it, but this past Friday marked three YEARS of gratitude journaling! In this episode, as I usually do in these "gratitude milestone episodes," I recap my gratitude journal practice and identify the benefit or level-up that currently stands out the most in my mind since my last milestone. And in this case, I go into yet another example of applying Stoicism to insomnia!

(NOTE: This is a podcast episode, NOT an article! It is meant for LISTENING. The audio recording features me TALKING about these sources! Apparently, this was not sufficiently clear, so I’m spelling it out in big letters!)
