In today’s episode we take a deeper dive into Seneca’s advice about differentiating between trustworthy and untrustworthy friends. The question is: How do we know which is which? We examine one answer based on Rabbeinu Yonah’s interpretation of a pasuk in Mishlei, and the idea we learn from this pasuk sheds light on a distinction made by the Rambam in yesterday’s episode.
